M-9, r. 11.1 - Regulation respecting certain professional activities that may be engaged in by an athletic therapist

5. A person registered in a program of studies leading to one of the diplomas referred to in subparagraph a of paragraph 2 of section 2 and a person who is a candidate for certification by the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association may engage in the professional activities provided for in section 3 if the following conditions are met:
(1)  they engage in those activities in accordance with sections 3 and 4 and in the presence of an athletic therapist; and
(2)  the practice of those activities is required to complete the program or obtain the certification.

5.
